Sum 41 recently recorded a new track with Iggy Pop for the rock icon’s forthcoming album, Skull Ring. The song, “Little Know It All” is a joint collaboration between Iggy, Sum 41 front man Deryck Whibley and producer Greig Nori (Sum 41’s Does This Look Infected?) and features all four members of Sum 41 playing on it. Skull Ring is scheduled for a Fall release on Virgin Records.
Sum 41 recently finished up a sold-out headlining tour of the U.S. In addition, the band had their dreams come true when they were asked to open this year’s MTV Icon show for one of their musical heroes, Metallica. MTV Icon: Metallica aired May 6th on MTV and continues to repeat. Next up, Sum 41 will head out for a few weeks on this Summer’s Vans Warped Tour 2003 (For exact dates and cities visit sum41.com)
