New VP Of Marketing At J Records

J Records today announced the appointment of former Good Morning America entertainment producer Scott Seviour as Vice President, Marketing, joining the department headed by Tom Corson. In his role, Seviour will serve as product manager for artists such as O-Town and Deborah Cox.

“I’m very excited about the opportunity to be a part of an already history-making new venture. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with a legend like Clive Davis and an incredible executive like Tom Corson,” commented Seviour.

Tom Corson, executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing, commented, “I’m delighted Scott has become a member of our marketing team. His out-of-the-box ideas and unique background will be a great bonus for J and our artists.”

Prior to this his stint at GMA, Seviour was the Director of Talent Development for the Disney Channel and the Manager of Talent Relations for Nickelodeon/Nick at Nite/Nick at Nite’s TV Land.
