Live365 To Stream Interviews From Fan Fair

Live365 announced on June 4th the launch of a special series of exclusive interviews with top country musicians including Lee Greenwood, Tracy Lawrence, and Tim Rushlow by utilizing Live365’s new on-demand audio technology.

The interviews will take place at Fan Fair 2001, the world’s biggest country music festival taking place in downtown Nashville June 14-17, which features performances by country music legends as well as up-and-coming acts.

Internet users hear the interviews on a simple click-to-listen basis. Live365 is also featuring a contest allowing Live365 listeners a chance to win a Yamaha guitar also autographed by the stars. Utilizing standard CD-style controls from the play list window, Live365’s broadcasters can access tools providing a limitless supply of audio files that can be uploaded with Live365’s On-Demand audio technology. Once uploaded, users who visit a particular broadcast station with On-Demand Audio can listen to a complete audio selection at their convenience.

“Live365 wanted to reach out to the country music fans on our site. Fan Fair is one of the biggest events in country music and these interviews along with the guitar give-a-way is a great way to reward our listeners and showcase our new on-demand audio technology,” said Alan Wallace, senior vice president of communications for Live365.

CMA Sr. Director/International & New Business Development Jeff Green commented, “CMA is delighted to engage with Live365 on this exciting new programming and promotional relationship. Live365’s commitment to country music represents an important opportunity for the fans and artists to interact, which is what Fan Fair is all about. We look forward to continuing this new partnership year ‘round.”
