Dance Gavin Dance on indefinite hiatus

Dance Gavin Dance have announced that they will be on hiatus until frontman Jonny Craig “can get his life together.” Just hours earlier, the band officially cancelled their upcoming Go Big Or Go Home tour with A Loss For Words, A Lot Like Birds (featuring former DGD vocalist Kurt Travis), and I Set My Friends On Fire. In a now-infamous event earlier this year, Craig was caught scamming money from fans and kicked out of Emarosa. Statements about both the hiatus and the tour cancellation are below.

“Dance Gavin Dance  is on hiatus until Jonny can get his life together. Tour is not the environment for that. That is all.”

“We regret to inform everyone that due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been forced to cancel our upcoming tour. We apologize to everyone that bought tickets and was looking forward to coming out and seeing us and the rest of the bands.”
