The song is part of a series of releases the band plans to release every few weeks through Soundcloud. Their most recent stream from the series is “Sincerely Me.” The song streams follow up the band’s spring album Sake of Love.
It’s unclear whether the band are gearing up for a new release or just releasing singles or B-sides from the album. If they are preparing to release a new EP or album in the near future, the single streams are a good way to build up excitement and anticipation for it.
